Job description
- Good technical knowledge depth on MS Operating System.
- Good technical and problem and application analytical Skills on XenApp 6 5 and 7 x Netscaler SDX VPX products.
- Minimum 4-6 Years of Experience in Citrix Administration.
- Expert on all versions of Citrix Preferably XenD 7 x and strong knowledge of Citrix NetScaler SDX VPX Storefront Web Interface Director Edge sight and the communication between them and Citrix farm
- Understanding of SSL Certificate and to perform the updates and renewal on Servers and NetScaler device.
- Good in understanding the various upgrade actions on Citrix Products XenD and NetScaler.
- Capable to resolve end users incidents and problems on Citrix
- Trouble shooting Citrix based problems with Root cause analysis and strong fundamentals Strong knowledge on ICA HDX clients and thin client's devices.
- Strong understanding of Load balancer Policies in Citrix and Profile Management.
