Job description
- Manage and guide a team of IT specialists who perform operational and project tasks during work shifts.
- Focal point for the account he/she is assigned for.
- Manage and track L1, L2, L3 staff KPIs, review team members performance.
- Someone who is driven by ITIL and ITSM processes and is equally good on technical side of IT Infrastructure.
- Someone who is passionate in getting activities documented such as SOPs and work instructions.
- Should have great understanding of Incident and Change management.
- Work on multiple projects and operational activities both as a lead and team member.
- Responsible for leading and executing technical deployment deliverables.
- Prior Working Experience in AWS, Citrix would be huge plus.
Required Candidate profile
- Must have prior experience of onsite-offshore delivery model and should have directly worked with US/European customers.
